I build systems
that think,
ship, & scale.
Solutions Architect & Agentic AI Engineer. 22+ years turning complex problems into products that grow. Now pioneering AI-native development.

Built different.
For over two decades, Trevor Caesar has been at the intersection of technology, business, and human ingenuity. He doesn’t just write code — he architects outcomes.
His career spans billion-page-view media platforms, growth-stage startups, seven-figure fundraising rounds, and consumer products reaching millions. Now, Trevor is channeling that experience into a new frontier: agentic AI systems that automate the complex work most engineers still do by hand.
The best moment of his career wasn’t a funding close or a traffic milestone — it was giving a former employee enough income to buy a home for their family.

22 years in the making.
Built his first computer alongside his best friend and his father — a network engineer for AT&T. An early, formative education in how machines actually work, from the ground up.
Began writing HTML in an era when the web was still a wild experiment. While others were discovering the internet, Trevor was already learning how to build it.
Took on his first paying client: a Los Angeles casting agency that needed a talent directory built from scratch. A simple brief — and the start of a career.
Joined Bridgeport Realty as Marketing Director — his first full-time professional position. Brought the company's digital presence to life using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, setting the foundation for everything that followed.
Adopted WordPress v2.0.5 the year it launched. Built dozens of production sites and developed deep CMS architecture instincts that became a competitive advantage for years.
Launched his own agency, The Pixel Flow — bringing together design, development, and digital strategy under one roof. Built and delivered for clients across media, e-commerce, and startups.
Joined The Penny Hoarder as one of its first three employees, working directly with the founder. Built the entire technology team from the ground up, led a company-wide rebranding effort, and unified the marketing and engineering departments through automations and SOPs. The result: a $102.5M acquisition — one of the landmark exits in personal finance media history.
Six keynotes delivered on digital strategy, AI, and the future of software. Known for making complex technology legible — and compelling — to non-technical leaders and executives.
All-in on AI-native development. Launched ClaudeCoach. Launched My Father — a nonprofit for single fathers. Building SiteClaw, CmdCenter, and more. Designing systems that reason, ship, and scale — autonomously.
Projects in flight.
Every one of these is built with agentic development practices — AI systems that handle design, code, deployment, and iteration.
A nonprofit built to support single fathers. Providing resources, community, and real infrastructure for a demographic that's often overlooked.
A command center for modern founders and engineers. Centralized control over agents, deployments, pipelines, and operations.
An AI coaching platform built on Claude. Designed to help individuals and teams use AI as a force multiplier — not a replacement for human judgment.
An AI-powered website builder with agentic capabilities. Builds, deploys, and iterates on production sites autonomously. This site was built with it.
Let’s build something
worth building.
I’m available for consulting engagements, advisory roles, and select product partnerships. If you’re building something ambitious — especially with AI — I want to hear about it.
